This girl has it together! She can also be found on blogspot as Fabulous Freezer Meals, but she has recently moved all her information and recipes to the new website listed above. She's GREAT! I find myself agreeing with her philosophy on eating, dieting and exercising. She's also a Christian. Definately check it out!
